These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the fug9 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using fug9's website, mobile version, or any related service, you give your full consent to these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. The word "service" used in this document refers collectively to all of fug9's gaming, betting, payment, bonus, and customer support activities.

To create an account and use the service at fug9, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for those aged 21 and above only).
• You must use the platform of your own free will and by your own choice.
• You may not register from any jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• Each individual may create only one account — multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.

fug9 may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents for age and identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Registering with false information may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for the security of your account.

3.1 Password & Login Security

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login details with anyone.
• Always log out after using fug9 on someone else's device.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.

3.2 Updating Your Information

If your contact information changes, update your profile as soon as possible. fug9 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

3.3 Multiple Accounts

Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be permanently closed and bonuses forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (applies to all methods).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• You must use the correct reference number when making a deposit — deposits may be delayed due to incorrect information.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Account identity verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will be on hold if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

All bonuses and promotions at fug9 are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before accepting a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳47,000.
• After receiving the bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets required to withdraw bonus winnings.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be used once.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
• Exceeding betting limits using bonus balance is prohibited.
• fug9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If any user attempts to manipulate the bonus system, the bonus and related winnings will be completely forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

All games at fug9 are conducted fairly and transparently. Compliance with the following rules during gameplay is mandatory.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Each game has its own rules — read the specific game's rules before starting.
• Game results that occur during a technical error will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the last state saved on the server will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Betting odds may change at any time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related single bet will be refunded.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event ("arbitrage") is prohibited.

6.3 Live Casino

In the event of a technical issue in a live dealer game, the applicable rules will be determined in accordance with the game operator's policy. The dealer's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fug9 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure.

• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Manipulating the bonus system or systematic bonus hunting ("bonus abuse").
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Taking advantage of multiple accounts.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to harm other members.
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or errors in the platform.
• Using third-party payment accounts or stolen cards.

8.1 fug9's Rights

fug9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Incomplete identity verification.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Court or authority order.
• Extended inactivity.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may close your account at any time. Before requesting closure, settle any pending withdrawals and cancel active bonuses. Applicable balance will be returned after account closure, however bonuses are non-refundable.

fug9 gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be considered a source of income.

• You can set your own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time.
• If needed, apply for a temporary or long-term self-exclusion.
• This platform is strictly prohibited for those under 21 years of age.

fug9's total liability shall in no case exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.
